The view and the location were excellent and at a wonderful price as well.
There was some damage in the property unfortunately before we arrived, but it was not distracting, and nothing that would impact functionality in the property to any extent.

All of the above. True to pictures, had beach cart and everything that would be needed. Beach was gorgeous. 
Wasn’t a big deal at all but would be nice to have different sitting on balcony loved having the table but took up a lot of room. Would be cute have a little table and chairs French style than have a couple chairs. But like I said no big deal. 😊
