About this house rental
At the beach life is good! Play by the tides and enjoy the warm sun. This spacious, bright updated vacation cottage features soft neutral color tones. Many new updates to include comfortable new living room furnishings, soft new carpeting at the main floor, flat screen TVs and more! A floor to ceiling mirrored wall in the living room visually enhances the room bringing the peaceful outside in.
Relax on the screened porch nestled by the natural foliage after a day of playing in the surf and sand which is just a short stroll away.
The master bedroom has a king bed, new bedding with an attached updated master bath. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and the loft has two twin beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for those overflow guests.
Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort offers several on-site amenities such as, a lake with a fishing pier, a horseshoe pit, a basketball court, professional quality tennis courts, and outdoor grills.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age. Per Hidden Dunes policy, during spring break dates, anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No exceptions!

I have mixed feelings about our stay. We had a great time and we liked the neighborhood/resort. We had a problem with the AC and the management called someone to fix it and they delivered us some window units until the part came in. On the other hand, the rest of the appliances had issues. In the reviews, the dryer has had issues since 2019 and it still is not working. I had to cycle the dryer 4 times at 60 minutes to dry a normal size load. We noticed that the spin cycle on the washer also does not work very well and the clothes were dripping wet. The dishwasher seems to be a fire hazard. We had a butter dish on the counter above the dishwasher. When we ran the dishwasher, it made the countertop so hot that the butter melted into a liquid all over the counter. The big TV in the living room has a volume issue. The background noise of all the programs was louder than the voices.
We had a great time there and we are not normally hard to please but these issues really need attention. People pay lots of money and this is very inconvenient for your guests. If the appliances worked properly, this would be 5*.
