Hidden Dunes Cottage 181 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey
Cottage 181 is an upstairs rental accessible by exterior staircase from the parking lot. There is an additional loft bedroom within the Cottage accessible by spiral staircase.
Perfectly proportioned this Hidden Dunes Cottage is a nature lover’s paradise! To the right of the stairs is the walkway to a bubbling fountain and grilling area and to the left is a walk through leading you directly to one of the pools.
Inside, earthy elements including hardwood floors, granite counters and a stone tile backsplash compliment the lush magnolia and oak forests of Hidden Dunes. Pride in ownership is obvious in the upgraded appliances, beautiful Italian artwork and classic plantation shutters. Natural beauty combined with exquisite taste has fashioned a restful retreat from a busy workweek.
Any location in Hidden Dunes means that guests can enjoy exciting amenities. Take a seasonal tram to the lighted basketball courts or the six clay professional tennis courts. Enjoy walking trails with gazebos or take family pictures in the gazebo on the lily pad-clad lake. Lounge in one of the neighborhood pools with gazebos or just laze away the days on Hidden Dunes deeded beach. Also, being so close to the very popular Silver Sands Factory Outlets and dozens of delicious restaurants is an added benefit!
Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.
2 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!
Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.
We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Very easy check in and checkout process. Nice property that was accurately described. Great staff on hand. We had an issue with the ac on arrival. However, I called the number provided in the check-in materials. They responded and had it fixed within an hour. I couldn't have asked for any better service.

Location of property, cleanliness, decor and overall stay was a 5 star. Never had an issue getting a spot at the beach or pool. Property was well lit and we felt safe.
Couple of things to note. Washer and dryer could be updated. The dryer had to be run 3 times on high to get clothes completely dry. Having a few extra trash bags and rolls of toilet paper would have been great as well as some spices, salt/pepper and cooking spray would be a nice added touch. Otherwise we had a great time and would highly recommend this unit.

Stayed in 181. Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed sitting on porch. Unfortunately, the first two days we dealt with ac problems and toilet in master would not flush because previous guest flushed a bar of soap that plumber found. We felt like the first two days was not a vacation. Even though they let us stay in another unit until ac was repaired, we only slept there because everything we needed we had already unpacked and left in unit with bad ac. The couch has also seen better days and should be replaced. It is very clean, but, so soft its hard to get out of and the seat cushions offer no support. The shower in master bath is one of the best we have ever had. Great water pressure. Will return to Destin again. One of nicest beaches in Florida.
