Hidden Dunes 0101 is a rare find for families looking for both comfort and convenience. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo sits on the first floor and opens directly onto the pool deck—perfect for parents who want to keep an eye on little ones swimming or for grandparents who prefer to avoid stairs and elevators. Step right outside to enjoy the pool, or take a short stroll down to the deeded beach access for a day on Destin’s white sand.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious layout designed for families to relax together. The fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes it easy to prepare meals, while the open living area is ideal for gathering for movies, games, or just catching up after a sun-filled day. With three bathrooms, mornings and evenings stay stress-free, even with a full house. A washer and dryer are included for added convenience during longer stays.
Sleeping up to eight guests, this condo combines Gulf views, poolside access, and easy parking—all the ingredients for a stress-free family getaway. Whether visiting with young kids, teens, or grandparents, Hidden Dunes 0101 makes everyone feel right at home.
Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY. NO VISITOR GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE.
Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.
We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

We traveled with 6 adults and 2 small children so this unit was perfect. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom that provided privacy for each couple/family. The common area has lots of space to hang out, cook, and share a meal.The direct access to the pool is truly a VIP experience that fellow pool goers envied. The beach is very well taken care of and enjoyable.FYI (no fault of the host):Parking is tight. Be prepared to bust out your best parking skills in the garage.The walk down to the beach is quite a journey with many steps. There is a deck halfway down to take a break especially if you’re carrying bags or wagons.The lounge chairs provided for guests are nice but have a very defined width. The arm rests are wooden and not collapsable, so if you have wide hips it isn’t the most comfortable to squeeze into.Getting in and out of the resort from the main road (US 98) can take time with heavy traffic coming both ways and no stoplight - especially if you’re trying to turn left (west) to exit.

We had amazing time. We loved having the room on first floor having the access to pool off of our condo and beach! It made it easier with young grandchildren! We would definitely recommend and rebook in the future
