I myself became too ill to travel and my family had to travel without me. My family tells me everything was wonderful. When they needed assistance, they got it quickly. The host(s) were very kind and accommodating. And the home was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Even the kids had a perfect place to rest. This was a wonderful experience!

This home is located in a great location on The Links and with very limited bay views. Overall we had a good stay but this place could use some updating. Even minor items would make it better. It needs a new coffee pot and blender. Both are old and grimy. I had to clean both before we could use them and this seems a very minor investment in customer satisfaction. The pots are also very old and beat up. The shower door in the MBR does not slide well. The washer/dryer are in the kitchen &
washer makes so much noise you can't hear anything when it is running. And you can't run it at night because the upstairs loft is open. That open loft is not worth counting as an extra BR because we would whisper downstairs and they could hear everything so any little noise would wake them in the loft. I would only consider this as a 2BR. The carpet on the stairs is loose and is an extreme trip/slip hazard. My daughter was pregnant and I was worried every time she had to go upstairs. There are just a lot of little things that could be so much better with a little investment and TLC. I should not have to pay that amount for a summer vacation and have a blender and coffee pot from 1980. On the other hand, the service from Platinum was great. We needed a new propane bottle and had one delivered within a couple of hours. This unit just needs a little love.
