Whether you’re a family looking for some quality time together or a friend group craving a beach getaway, come home to Sandpiper Village.
Unit 715 features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths spread out over two floors of space. On the main floor, you’ll find a large kitchen with everything you need to make the perfect meal, a dining room that seats 6, and living area with ample seating, flat screen TV, and gorgeous views of the lush Florida landscape and golf course. Just off this space, you’ll find a private patio with tables, chairs, and personal BBQ grill! Cook up a great lunch for your group and enjoy the Gulf weather together!

We really enjoyed our stay on Sandpiper Lane in Sandestin, FL! The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, village, resort amenities, and shopping. The cottage had plenty of room for 5 adults, and parking for 2 cars plus the golf cart. Furnishings were a little dated and worn, but totally functional. The golf cart (aka "party bus" was great for getting to everything in the resort including the beach access through the tunnel under Hwy 98. I would definitely recommend this property for a fun beach vacation!

Very spacious rooms and nice kitchen. Loved the golf cart and the location. The kitchen table was pretty beat up, but we enjoyed the comfy couch. Overall, great stay! Thanks!

This house was in a great location at the Sandestin Resort. We enjoyed our time here overall and loved the golf cart as a means of transportation throughout the whole resort. However, we were disappointed with the condition of this property in comparison to the photos. The furniture and feel in the home was outdated, aside from the kitchen applicances. There were also some cleanliness issues that I had to address with management upon arrival. Overall, I felt that I overpaid for this property in comparison to many of the other options available.
