VillaLargo is a 2BR/3BA villa with a bonus loft in Beachwalk Villas on the beach side of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort - poolside, with lake views over Horseshoe Lake, sleeping 9 across two king master suites, a twin bunk with trundle in the loft, and a king sleeper sofa. A newer-model 6-seater golf cart is included, and one dog under 60 lbs is welcome with a fee.
Wake up to serene lake views from the king master suite with its private patio - ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. Inside, the modern kitchen brings stainless steel appliances, a dining room for six, and a stylish bar for mixing your favorite drinks. The spacious living room pairs a king sleeper sofa with a flat-screen TV for family movie nights, and a full-size washer and dryer, cable, and WiFi are all included.
Upstairs, the loft holds bunk beds with an extra trundle for the kids, plus a second king master suite - each king suite with lake views and its own bath. Out on the private deck, grill steaks and burgers for sunset BBQs over the lake, with catch-and-release fishing off the bank. The resort brings tennis and basketball courts, the marina, four championship golf courses, and Baytowne Wharf, with Silver Sands Premium Outlets a short drive away.
Getting to the Beach
Your included golf cart makes beach days easy. From VillaLargo it is about a 2-minute ride on resort roads and cart paths to Sandestin's private beach at the Beach House. When you arrive, pull the cart up to the beach access first to drop off your gear and your group, then park in the available golf cart parking and follow the boardwalk down to the sand.

The parking area safe, but some difficulty in walking to unit at night, sidewalk not very well lit, and some walkways uneven, so just needed extra caution. Loved that it was end unit & next door to community pool, made it very convenient to access. Back patio with Adirondack chairs beautiful spot to drink wine right on Horseshoe lake. Our small goldendoodle loved the backyard & neighborhood, next to bridge over the lake. Had beautiful Herons that “fished” in the lake. The townhouse was clean, decor tasteful, bathrooms a little older, but still functional. Our golf cart had issues, the Host immediately brought over a new cart that helped us get around the resort. Our Host also very responsive when we could not locate our check in code, and any questions we had. Overall a very good & relaxing experience in October.

The unit was well equipped with everything we needed, my son-in-law loves to fish and all he had to do was step out the door, my grandsons loved the pool. the golf cart was great for getting around the complex and going to Publix, the wharf. etc.in closing anything can and does break down and our cart would not charge and when I messaged the manager they responed very quickly (they were great) we will here any time we go to the Gulf.

This condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The community is so peaceful with a lake out the back door and a pool just a few steps away. The kids really enjoyed fishing in the lake. The beach is just a short golf cart ride away. All of this made for a great week to enjoy with our long distance family. Epiqhost was quick to respond to any questions I sent their way. I could not have asked for a better experience.
