Sunshine Cottage

Needs repair and updating. We were not made aware of the railing and balcony replacements on the building the entire 5 weeks we were there. Even though they didn’t work on our unit it was all around us. Very noisy from 7 am until evening. There was no cleaning equipment to keep the unit tidy. Not even a broom. A very old vacuum that did not work

Place was nice. Plenty of beds. All good, not great, but good.

Having a golf cart with the rental. A few updates to the house.

Our party seemed to be fairly satisfied with what and where we chose to stay.

We had 5 adults and 2 kids so the rooms weren't fully accommodating as we expected. No privacy for the 2 upstairs beds. If you're downstairs you can see all up in that direction. Also we had to share the bathrooms for 7 total people. The bathrooms are a bit smaller than we expected. A stairwell board piece fell apart as we were going down the stairs. The rack inside the closet fell apart as we were trying to get a blanket out. The sliding door coming from the bedroom out to the patio wouldn't lock. The stairs outside didn't have a light for the first set of stairs you get to, so it's a safety hazard at night for sure. We had some slips, trips and falls due to not being able to see clearly the steps. Also didn't know it would be that many steps to walk up and down coming in and out the cottage. If we would have known all these details prior, we would've chosen something and somewhere else with all the different things going on.
