Ran by lovely lovely people. Great price and lovely facilities, room was clean.

Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work and the mosquito net didn’t cover the whole bed.

The location and facilities were great. Beautiful common area and pool. Very close to the beach.

The kitchen service was horrible. Each time we ordered food, it took at least an hour or an hour and a half to come out. Do not recommend eating with them. Additionally, when we checked in, the receptionist told us about a discounted meal plan that they had, but thankfully we only paid for one day because the service was so bad. It would have changed our whole vacation experience if we had purchased all of our meals with Hotel Kawabonga. This is something that the manager of the hotel needs to address, as we were not the only guests who were frustrated.
