The place is stunning and perfectly positioned to explore Tayrona park and its surroundings. The staff was always kind and welcoming and Katherine went abive and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay. If you are visiting the area there’s no better place to stay.

El lloc, increible. La nostre habitacio tenia un balco des d' on es veia la posta de sol amb el so de la jungla com acompanyant..Pau absoluta.. Les instal.lacions i les habitacions, decorades amb molt.de gust. Lavabos molt originals. Jardi exhuberant. Personal increible i cuina, brutal. Un menjar exquisit..un 10 a les cuineres. Tambe tenen un riu al costat en el.que el pots banyar que es una maravella de la natura
Estava aillat i seria bo que l hotel tingues a disposicio dels clients un sistema per moure's Bicicletes o motos a disposicio seria perfecte.Tambe, el preu dela serveis de spa eren molt cars entenent on esta ubicat hotel.

La acogida fue muy buena desde el primer momento. El personal es amable y el ambiente del hotel resulta muy relajante, ideal para descansar. En general, la habitación y las zonas comunes se perciben limpias y bien cuidadas, lo que hace que la estancia sea agradable.
Durante la estancia encontré un par de cucarachas en la habitación. Entiendo que el hotel está en una zona natural y esto puede suceder, pero sería recomendable reforzar las medidas para evitar que esos insectos entren en las habitaciones.
Además, en la descripción de Booking se indicaba que la habitación disponía de cocina, pero en realidad no había cocina, lo cual fue un punto decepcionante y poco claro respecto a lo anunciado.
