The property was only a 4 minute walk from the park entrance. It was off the main road which helped limit traffic noise. It was a very spacious room with private bathroom and the complimentary breakfast and coffee was very welcome. The staff also were very helpful and accommodating.
Only a few issues with the property. Firstly, in the bathroom, the mirror wasn’t cleaned, along with the shower and tap’s water pressure being quite poor making it hard to shower, also one of the shower tiles on the floor was loose. The AC was excellent at cooling the room down (a bit too good maybe!) but the balcony door didn’t shut properly so regulating the room temperature was quite hard.

I never expected this hotel has such good air conditioners. The host is friendly, and he prepares good food for the breakfast, the price is reasonable. Love it, highly recommended staying here. And it’s near the entrance to the tayrona park .

Location was perfect for Tayrona, 5 min walk from the El Zaino entrance. There’s a great restaurant (Arca) across the road.
The pool was refreshing. Even though our room was on the ground floor right near the dining area it was still really quiet. They have cute pets and we saw monkeys from the balcony one morning.
Nice that breakfast was included and they were able to provide a vegan option of granola, fresh fruit, tea & coffee.
The balcony door doesn’t lock and since it’s not that far off the ground it didn’t feel very secure. We also thought it had a hammock based off the pics, but they seem to have taken them all down. The room was stuffy and damp, lots of marks/mould spots on the walls, the ceiling fan was in dire need of a clean, WiFi hardly ever worked, no bedside light or power points near the bed. Check in was confusing, they couldn’t find our booking. The kitchen is not for guest use.
