This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features plenty of amenities! The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a game room, gas grills, seasonal firewood, and washer/dryer facilities (pay).
Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this condo.
• This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum.
• The fireplace is wood-burning—please bring your own firewood.
• Coffee maker is a Keurig—please bring your own coffee/K-Cups.
• 4x4 drive is recommended for travel in the Smoky Mountains. While paved roads lead all the way to the complex, conditions can change quickly in inclement weather.
• The hot tub and pools are maintained by the HOA. They may occasionally be closed for maintenance without notice.
• The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day and closes near the end of August (dates controlled by the HOA and subject to change).
• The indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round (subject to HOA maintenance schedules).
• Condo includes high-speed WiFi and a smart TV with cable and Netflix access (no login required for Netflix).
• Washer/dryer and game room are located in the main clubhouse and operate on a pay-per-use basis.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

This place was perfect for a getaway for my husband and me. The view is just spectacular. I was able to watch the sunrise each morning and it was perfect. The host was in regular communication and checking in and out was super easy. The drive up is no fun, but the view is so worth it.

My husband and I booked this location for us and our 1 year old and it was just what we wanted and needed! We had space to set up a portable crib and portable high chair for when we were at the condo - though we were out exploring a lot! The indoor pool was a nice addition for a family activity, too. The host was so kind to check in on us at various times and we appreciated the attention to detail. The view was incredible and we even got to see some local bear friends right from our window! Would definitely recommend.

My first booking canceled on us after we had left. Had to take a more expensive place thats smaller and not as nice.
VRBO says they'll reimburse me the difference. Nothing yet.
