Come visit our remodeled unit. Queen bed on main level and full bed in loft bedroom that children love!
Our unit is on the 3rd floor and there is NO elevator. Please note if there are mobility issues. Please keep that in mind when booking.

Relax in outdoor pool during summer. The indoor pool and hot tub are now open in a brand new facility. Hope you enjoy it.
The Summitt condos are located in the Chalet Village area near the top of Ski Mountain and they offer panoramic mountain views. Be aware that bears often cross the roads so drive carefully. The road is winding and steep to get to the complex so be alert as you navigate them. We are located at the top of the mountain. Please realize this! Once you get to the complex there is plenty of parking
This resort is located high in the mountains but conveniently located to Ober Gatlinburg ( 1.5 miles ), downtown Gatlinburg (3 miles ), and the National Park Entrance. You will find plenty of activities for the whole family! Hiking, shopping, miniature golf, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, and of course fine dining are awaiting you. Be sure to check out Pigeon Forge and Dollywood located only few miles away. Whether you curl up by the wood burning fireplace (wood available for purchase from office), or take in the sites around town, you will find yourself wanting to return time and time again!
There is an iron and ironing board for your use. Housekeeping supplies you with towels, linens ,(starter) roll of toilet paper, roll paper towels, soap, and a trash bag.
The resort provides you with a coin operated Laundromat that is located in the office building, a short walk away from the unit. The resort also has 2 gas grills (gas provided), along with 2 picnic tables, for your outdoor cooking and eating.

Our stay was wonderfull. Nice and cozy. Wish there was an elevator (we was on the 3rd floor) but the description does make you awear. :-)

The Apartment was fantastic, provided everything we needed for our stay. The surrounding neighbors were respectful and the entire unit was peaceful along with a nice escape from the strip on 10 mins away. Would rent there again and suggest it to anybody looking for a great, inexpensive place to stay while visting the Smokies.

No toilet paper and bathtub drain was clogged. Other than that, it was great!
