Welcome to The Summit, a tranquil getaway located high on Gatlinburg's Ski Mountain in Tennessee. This studio condo, enhanced with modern amenities, boasts a comfortable occupancy for up to six guests, making it the perfect retreat for small groups or couples looking for an escape.
Inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The studio is air-conditioned and features a queen bed, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The fireplace adds a welcoming warmth to the space, perfect for evenings spent with good company or a good book. The full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and ice maker, allows you to whip up special meals with ease. Up in the loft, you'll find an additional queen bed. There is one bathroom for all to share. The Summit is on the third floor, there is no elevator access, and the condo is not pet friendly.
The Summit's location is truly a gem. From the balcony, enjoy the serene beauty of the surrounding mountains. The complex offers additional amenities such as an indoor and seasonal outdoor community pool and a playground, providing hours of fun without having to venture far. The fall colors were unbelievable when we stayed for two nights in early November. The place was warm and comfortable with hot water on demand. I only have two suggestions: 1.) Basic cooking condiments and spices would have made it even better. 2.) Although dish soap was dishwasher detergent was provided, basic toiletries such as hand soap would have made the stay even better. But, in any case, I would totally recommend this place if you want privacy and million dollar views.

Such a beautiful view when you wake up in the morning. Lots of wildlife. Saw 5 bears, a ton of elk, 2 wolfs and so many birds!! Definitely coming back again. Such a beautiful place tostay. They accommodated very well and the staff is absolutely wonderful.We had an issue with the drainage and they were able to come fix it for is quick and he was SOOO sweet!!

The road leading up was quite steep, if you are not good with heights I don’t recommend. There were a few minor issues. If you do stay here bring toilet paper/ paper towels & trash bags as there wasn’t much cleaning supplies.
