The communication with our host was excellent—he was always available whenever we needed anything and responded quickly. The condo itself was perfect, with everything we could possibly need. The views were absolutely amazing, and the unit was cozy and inviting. We especially loved spending evenings by the fireplace watching movies, which made the stay feel extra special. The location was also ideal, just 13 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, making it convenient yet peaceful. Overall, both the host and the amenities stood out and made our stay unforgettable.

The space was beautifully decorated and had everything our family needed to make incredible memories—breathtaking balcony views, indoor pool on the premises, comfortable beds, and a spacious family room to enjoy “smoky monopoly”and movie nights after days full of hiking and a visit to nearby Ober Mountain. Our family had an amazing time!

We have stayed at the Summitt condos may times but this was perhaps the most beautiful unit that we have stayed in. The view was wonderful (mountains/Ober), the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was top notch with new appliances. The only "downside" (not complaint - just observation) are that the living area only had one couch so our family of 4 had to either pile on the couch or sit in a less comfortable dining table and the kitchen seems to be set up for "not short" persons. At 5'2, I couldn't safely reach the microwave on top of the fridge, and the kitchen cabinets were extremely high. I'd recommend that the Unit invest in a stepstool so the microwave especially isn't a hazard for guests taking out hot items.
