The condo was very clean and homey. Our boys loved the kid pool with the fountain. We got to see a few bears on our first night there.

My whole family enjoyed a lot there… the condo was very pretty, quiet, safe…. The view was fantastic… the weather great.. we’re so close to Gatlinburg down town… the property is strategic point…. Very clean, comfortable and we could cook whatever we wanted… I would like to come back soon to go again to Great Smoky Mountain National Park

The location of the property was great. It was a quiet area and we saw a few bears from the porch. We drove by the Sky Bridge and could see the Ober tramway from the porch. No major issues with cleanliness, but it could use a good, deep cleaning. The fixtures were all very dusty and the porch needs cleaning. It looked like someone emptied a vacuum cleaner on it when we arrived (dust and hair piles) and then it was very sticky from someone above us emptying a cooler onto the deck on morning. The only issue we had was the lack of adequate linens. There were 6 of us staying, and only 3 washcloths were provided in the unit. Also, no linens were provided for the sleeper sofa and the front bedroom only had a sheet and a thin blanket that is too small for the bed. There were multiple extra pillows in closets, but no pillow cases were provided. Overall, it’s a nice unit, but be prepared to bring your own bedding and towels.

Very relaxing environment! Not a fan of the drive up and down the mountain but worth it for the peace… house cleaning was the only challenge we faced bc we waited at the house for them to stop by to take care of an issue and they didn’t communicate they were not coming right at the time so we wasted our time waiting on them
