We had a great time on the trip. The balcony was a concern as wood looked rotten and nails sticking out but I had contacted the host and she’s waiting on management to fix it. The beds could be replaced definitely older. Other than that we had a great stay, the mini stove works a lot better than our bigger one at home. So that was a plus side

We stayed at your property. For the price it was good. Some of things that needs repair your electrical in the bedroom. Had to unplug lights to watch tv. The kitchen faucet leaked really bad. Afraid to stand on balcony due to deteriorating plywood and nails sticking up out of plywood . Fireplace didn’t work. The jacuzzi in living room made for extremely difficult to move about living room. There was mold on shower curtain.

I got this place for the location AND for the hot tub. Once I booked it, the owner sent a message saying the hot tub was out of order but the one of the property could still be used. The one on the property is outside in the freezing cold. Also it says you can do your laundry there. It’s also out of order. The place was cute and clean but not what I paid for.

Booked for a relaxing break from work. The condo was comfortable. The double bed was fine for me but maybe a bit too cozy for two. Directions on the wall for the jacuzzi but also a sign stating that due to HOA rules it can't be used, both signs look to have been there awhile. Not sure why it's still in the unit, removal would make for a lot more living room space. Extremely noisy guests upstairs, I know the host can't control that but just thought I'd mention in case that is one of her rentals too. Overall it was a nice place. Thank you.

An older condo that has a few dings, but we found everything clean and well stocked. The only complaint was the bed was not very comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay. And watch out for the bears!

Nice small condo, price was good for what you get. Location was good, nice pizza place close by. Minutes from Gatlinburg. Saw a bear and cubs. Down side the in room jacuzzi had a sign that said not to use do to hoa also some very questionable electrical, one switch controles bedroom so you have unplug lights or you cant use outlet its very strange For the price its good stay. Host is great. Easy check in. Perfect for couple or small family.

The property was as described. It wasn’t updated but still functional and comfortable. The main complaint we had was that the condo was so dark. All the bulbs used, if there was one in the fixture, wasn’t bright at all. Hard to apply makeup or read.

It was ok not the clearest but not the worst. Jacuzzi in room wasnt functional, the sauna wasnt functional, the dryer didnt dry clothes greatly, we had a light in the bedroom not work at all, the screen to sliding door was off, the wood on deck is bad, the blinds in livingroom wouldnt close all the way, some dishes were dirty from previous renters, the ceiling fan in livingroom didnt work correctly, the ac unit wasnt cooling

Place was dingy, carpet on the balcony looked like it had pet waste on it before. Bed very uncomfortable. The worst part was the noisy upstairs neighbors. I said something to them and got the cops falsely called on me. Wish I could get my knee back. A hotel would have been better.

The condo had no lightbulbs in the lights in the living room. The lights in the bedroom were no brighter than a nightlight. The clock needs a battery. It should be noted that there are no elevators so if you need assistance make sure you stay on the first floor. Other than that it was a nice condo.

The place had a jacuzzi in the living room but we wasn’t allowed to to use it. The couch turned into a bed and we had to buy a mattress topper cause the mattress on it was so thin. The rocking chair in the living room was broken. This would be more idle for a couple and not four people. It was clean and close enough to everything yet you had your privacy

This is the second time we've stayed in these condos, the location is great! Our first condo was awesome, no complaints. This condo was so outdated that we almost started a fire with a frozen pizza our first night in an oven most definitely from the 70's. There was a roach in our bathroom upon arrival, the hide-a-way bed was something else, as in old and very uncomfortable. The main bedroom had no cable, run a splitter, it'll cost you $5. You can't use the jacuzzi, because of "hoa", while other people were using theirs. All in all this ended up just being a place we kept our stuff, it wasn't enjoyable, and we've in fact already booked our vacation for next year no where near these condos. These are a money grab now for first time vacationers here, there's better options believe me. This one rental has ruined it for us staying in these condos ever again.

Great time, awesome location. The drive up the mountain provided great views. Be careful going up/down the mountain. Close to town and everything there. Also just around corner from Smokey Mtn Park which is awesome. Condo was clean and comfortable. Since hot tub in room is off limits, should remove to provide more room. Saw bear and turkeys!! Third time to Gburg, in last 12 monthhs, 1st time this location, will come back here. Only spoke with prop mgr as she was getting pool ready for season, she was nice. No issues to go with prop mgr.

We enjoyed our time at Bearadise. We had some trouble with the door lock because the battery in it died BUT Ms. Jennifer was fantastic about contacting maintance and the gentlemen came and fixed it for us promptly. She us so sweet and friendly! The only suggestions I would have is that if the HOA doesn't allow the jacuzzi to be used anymore I would look at having it removed to create more space for guests. The other would be to spruce up the fold out mattress. It is showing a bit of wear. These being said I would still recommend this property to our friends and family. Thanks for a quiet location to enjoy with family!

Nice out of the hussle and bussell of town. Very quiet. Scenic drive, lots of new construction going on. Good price advised as Room with Jacuzzi but not permitted to use. Bed was firm.

This worked okay for us as letting us stay close to downtown cheaply. This condo is small. The jacuzzi sits in the whole living room and you cant even use it. The master bedroom has no fan and the tv only works for DVD. which there isn't any there.. so meant no sound for sleeping. Plus the bed is hard with very thin pillows!! My daughters slept on pull out couch bed that was also uncomfortable to wear we almost made them a pallet in the jacuzzi. The hot tub and pool area was really nice. The condo was easy to find and very short trip from downtown.

We had a great stay in Gatlinburg. My only wish is that we had looked to see where the condo was compared to where we were wanting to go. Because of the winding roads it takes much longer to get places than it does in Iowa. But that’s on us! I reached out to the owner not expecting a response so quickly. Would recommend this cozy condo. Thank you!
