We had a really enjoyable one night stay.

It was well located. The room was spacious with lovely art deco furnishings. We also had a wonderful breakfast.

Great location, disappointing it doesn’t open until 5pm.

In the centre of everything, lots of restaurants etc around. The breakfast was very nice and the staff pleasant.

Car park was away from the hotel which was multi storey. It was a short walk to the hotel but as it was raining not great. As it was raining and we arrived early you couldn’t access the hotel as it didn’t open until 5pm and everything else was closing as it was after 3 pm so had to walk back and wait in the car.

Beautiful apartment where every detail has a story. Even in summer, it's pleasantly cool thanks to windows facing different directions. The bed is comfortable, and there's tea and a minibar available. Delicious breakfast with pastries and cheeses. Just a one-minute walk to the castle. Paid underground parking is only three minutes away.

A must for a trip to Blois

What a fabulous boutique style hotel. This hotel has the word “French” written all over it. Our host was very nice and friendly. The. Breakfast was fantastic. The location was epic- right next door to the Royale Chateau and Le Maison de Magie

Checking in was not until 5pm - a little earlier would have been nice. Also we only had one night - not enough 🥲

A very quirky little place.

The breakfast was very good. Good quality and certainly plenty to eat. The location was fantastic, just outside the chateaux.

There was no hot water the second night. I rang Claire and she said there was nothing she could do about it. A little disappointing and not sure what the problem was. Anyway no major issue.

Fun and funky with a lovely host

This hotel is well located next to the Chateau and walking distance of the town. The room was fabulous with quirky decor, fridge and fan. Breakfast was good too. Bicycles were stored inside the enclosed 'courtyard'

Absolutely beautiful property in a fantastic location right opposite the chateau in Blois. Charming and spacious room - couldn’t recommend it more!

Worth noting that there isn’t parking at the property. We parked in the Chateau carpark which was convenient and cost €18 for two days.

Historic and characterful venue in a great location. Clare provides a lovely welcome and great hospitality. The continental breakfast is superb.

Parking is in the nearby Chateau underground parking. Aim for level -3B to get as near as possible to the hotel. No check in before 4pm.

Wonderful, would like to stay again.

My recent stay at this hotel was really nice, as everything about it is great. It is located in wonderful spot - just next to the Chateau de Blois, so it makes it the perfect base for exploring the town and enjoying the visit to the main attraction. The interior of the hotel is clearly made with an attention to details, with each room decorated in a stylized manner. It's evident that a lot of thought had gone into designing each space. Finally, the hospitality of the hotel's owners makes the stay even better. Great place to stay!

Location, right across the street from Blois Chateau.

Terrible check in experience: didn't know where the door was, no identifying check in desk visible from gate, we just loudly asked if anyone was there, some random girl was seen who ended up being owners daughter who obviously didn't want to be there gave us no information, didn't even ask our name or reservation number, showed us through another door where the rooms were, the keys were in the doors, including the empty room and she told us if we left to lock the front door???? Then she left.....we had the entire place to ourselves but with an unnerving lack of safety. As we went back to our cars to get our bags we crossed paths with this same person who did not even acknowledge us. TV would not work, no phone to call with and no response to email. It was very sketchy and creepy but we had no where else to go so we locked our room and tried to sleep. In the morning the owner was there and she explained it was her daughter that we had spoken with the night before. She had our breakfast ready which was great! We felt so odd and unable to communicate well we did not say anything.

Didn't stay couldn't find property. Obscure in amongst 'Castle' No GPS No car location access

COMPLAINT: We did not like anything because we did not FIND this property! We did not stay. We expect a refund as we are not the only ones who have compaints! We drove for 2 hours trying to find it and rang the establishment only to be told that it was NOT on GPS & we would have to WALK to find it leaving our bags in the car to get a pass to drive IN. This property needs to be investigated the information on Booking.com is not accurate either so for members this was a huge problem! Definitley not happy with this experience.

A charming and original stay

The decor of our room was vintage French and very charming, and we liked that the shower was in a separate room to the toilet. The bed was low and very comfortable. We stayed off season- the entry door was not sound-proofed very well, and we imagine sounds from the hall might be more annoying with more guests, but overall it was quiet. A very original place.

Parking is not really possible near the hotel. We parked in a public car park across a park from our stay, and it was quite a slog getting our small bit of luggage to the place. I imagine better drop-off arrangements could be made for a longer stay. we also seemed to have trouble coordinating when to check in.
