A pleasant vacation stay in Blois

The hotel was a 20-minute walk from the railway station, so, it was convenient to catch an early morning train. There are plenty of restaurants around. Budget-friendly, with all the necessary amenities, especially after a weary travel on a cold day, when the temperatures were sub-zero. Being next to the river, it really felt like a vacation spot. The location was nice for visiting Chateau de Chambord and the city of Blois. Friendly staff.

The room was a bit cold since the window didn't close firmly. Aside from that, the stay was pleasant.

I didn’t stay because the hotel was not someplace I would book if I had seen it as it REALLY LOOKS.

I did not stay at that hotel because it was locked and looked awful and dirty and like a Sub-standard hotel. People from adjoining restaurants and a Hair Salon told me not to stay there because it had a lot of undesirable people. Also, the neighborhood was not what I would like. So I followed the advice of a customer in the Hair Salon and went over the bridge into the town center and stayed at an Ibis hotel, which was wonderful and conveniently located and super clean.

The location is fantastic, including the view from the window. Absolutely stunning. The place was clean enough, and the staff was friendly.

It’s cold. For early October the windows are too flimsy and there’s no heater or even towel dryer in the room 🥶

Convenient location, great value

We had a great view of the bridge and Blois from our room. Close to supermarkets. Bicycle storage around the back in the garage.

There was no lift which might be an issue for some people.

Good overnight stay in budget hotel with river view

Clean and comfortable, room slept 4 adults with bathroom and separate toilet, overlooking the river. Bit noisy as main road just outside but good access to all the town offers, budget hotel which was good value for money, friendly staff

Fine for an overnight stay would be un-comfortable for any longer and worried about leaving car.

The hotel is a good location for our overnight stop in Blois. The cost was good it was easy to find. The man who checked us in was helpful and welcoming.

The rooms where very basic and small especially the 1 person room. The parking was not easy and felt a little risky. We were on the 3rd floor with no lift so we had to lift our heavy cased up the stairs as we did not feel happy leaving them in the car. Also one of us has mobility issues (I know we should have flagged this when booking so some of our responsibility).
