An excellent hotel for a short stay in Blois.

Lovely hotel in a good central location. Comfortable room and an excellent breakfast in a very pleasant breakfast room.

There was no lift in the hotle and so could be an issue for travellers with a lot of baggage or with mobility issues.

What a marvelous hotel!! Rooms are small (by U.S. standards) but very modern and beautifully outfitted. Bed very comfortable. Walking distance to Blois town center and the Chateau Blois. Petit dejourner was fabulous as well!

A perfect stop between the Dordogne and Calais

Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful with excellent English. She was very cheerful. Location was excellent. Easy walk into town. Despite being close to the road it was very quiet. We had a good breakfast. Parking was easy.

Location by the train station was good. It was clean and check in was easy. The staff let us store bags. Beds were comfortable.

No tea and coffee facilities. We had adjoining rooms with toilet off one and shower off the other, so I had to wake up friend to use it during the night. We paid for breakfast on top of room rate and there was no coffee but the staff refused to replenish it as we were second to last for breakfast.

A lovely hotel in a classic old fashioned French style

This is a quirky family run hotel with bags of character. Lovely staff with a super sense of humour and high standards throughout. It's not great luxury, but it's not anonymous - and that's what we wanted. The breakfasts are great - very good for a French establishment with fruit, fruit salad, cheese, ham and eggs to boil all in addition to coffee, croissants, bread jam and juice. We loved the hotel and its staff who provided great info about eating out (it has a partner restaurant but none of its own) and tourism practicalities. It's brilliant located, 5 mins easy walk from the station and set back from the road so very quiet. It's 150 yards from the castle at Blois so great for tourism in this delightful town. Totally satisfied with our choice. Also the sanitation was modern and very well maintained with new shower, washbasins and toilet and plentiful hot water.

Very well located for the train station. Easy to get into town as well.

Ability to look after our suitcases when we couldn't be in the room.

The noise of the cars on the road outside our window. We couldn't keep the window open whilst we tried to sleep. No fridge. We had wanted to keep a bottle of water cold.
