Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, gave us an upgrade. Linens, towels, bathroom clean. Had a reasonable kitchen, but no kitchen linens, no sharp knives, wine glasses etc

This hotel was perfect for our needs of travelling through France. The beds were firm and comfy, and the bathroom and bedroom spacious and clean. The hotel staff were also friendly and nice. Breakfast is VERY self service, but totally fine. Beware that Blois has a demanted one-waysystem. Driving through it using an English sat nav courtsey of Google Maps resulted in some shocking errors. There are plenty of nice restaurants near the hotel too. Recommended.

This hotel matches well what you pay for and confirms its 2-star status. We didn't need central location in Blois (which is a small town anyway and everything was in a short walk proximity) and didn't want to overpay for just one night quick stay. So we got Citotel Louise De Savoye. Rooms had air conditioner and were clean. Service was good. Breakfast was limited but sufficient for the family. So overall no regrets about the choice

The location was great. The staff were very nice. There is no elevator, although the person at the front desk did offer to help us carry our luggage up the stairs. Also, there was no air conditioning. There was a fan in the room, which kept us sufficiently cool, along with the open window. We were there just before the July 2019 heat wave. We were comfortable, but I know it would have been too hot a day or two later. We did not try the hotel breakfast. The front desk closes at 10 pm, so make sure you check in before that. The room was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well.

The bed was not as comfortable as it could be if the blankets had been of better/thicker quality & the pillows were firmer. Clean, safe,quiet- the breakfast was great- lots of variety- the croissants & coffee were especially good!

Great being close to railway station when it was raining. Room was traditionally small but nice bath instead of a shower that was appreciated after a day's cycling. No lift for upper floors which wasn't a problem for us, but may be an issue for other travellers.

The hotel was quite good, with a large and comfortable room. The room would be better with the addition of tea and coffee making facilities. Unfortunately the hotel has no car park, with limited (metered) street parking outside. The breakfast (buffet) cost about £7 and was reasonable.
