Very good value for the location and room size. The room was clean and well-maintained.

The lift can get busy and the corridors noisy. I tripped over the entrance to the bathroom and stubbed my toe a few times- until I put a towel over it to remind me...

The really good thing in Blois was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff

I booked the wrong date by accident and upon arrival the hotel made me pay again the full price for 2 rooms for my family. My request for a refund or to re-book the wrongly booked date was completely ignored even after an intervention from Booking. The lack of flexibility and greediness means that I will never again choose this hotel

The absence of parking facilities, meant parking across the road. The car was subsequently vandalized, window smashed and belongings stolen.

Unfriendly reception at check in. Can hear noisy group in room loudly so sound proofing could be better but was after much persuasion able to change rooms to a noisier floor. Evening staff were much friendlier.

Hotel in the historic center of Blois surrounded by atmospheric restaurants, a beautiful walk through the city with the castle, the cathedral, the Loire, gardens and medieval streets, as well as a wide selection of restaurants and terraces. The room is small but clean, the bottom bed is very comfortable. I was in December - the room is very warm

NO PRIVATE PARKING! I had to pay for parking nearby. Breakfast is poor. No one speaks English, so those who don't speak French will have a hard time

Location of the hotel. Staffs were alright and some were helpful.

The hotel is not so clean and in some floors it has been so very strong odours that seems coming from other clients in the hotel. Children alone the lift playing. Shower head half broken. Nothing in the room to heat the water if willing to have a tea.
