Great house, large communal areas with everything you might need. Plenty of room for us with a lovely garden and amazing views of the sea. Fab views from the main bedrooms and a few minutes walk to the beach. Great location! Had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend

We have just returned from a wonderful weekend stay at Delux Modern House.
The house is very well equipped, very clean and in a perfect location. So near the beach with its SOBO bar so close to enjoy.
John our host went above and beyond to help make our stay very enjoyable.
I have no doubts about recommending this lovely property to anyone wishing to have a chilled holiday by the beach.

Perfect location for us, house was lovely with everything we needed. We had such a great weekend despite extreme weather conditions on the Saturday. Would definitely revisit.

We had a good holiday but there were a few issues with the property in terms of maintenance.
Plug missing from one of the bathroom sinks, water kept backfilling
Patio doors a little difficult to open and close
Dishwasher needed salt and rinse aid as did not clean properly
TV controller did not work as required new batteries
A garden umbrella would have been good as we were unable to make use of the garden during hottest week of the year.
