Riverside Retreat is a newly built, high-spec luxury home in the historic town of Christchurch, Dorset. Tucked away in a peaceful setting, it offers spacious, contemporary accommodation for up to 10 guests, with four double bedrooms, three bathrooms and private parking for up to three cars.
Designed for comfortable modern living, the house has bright, elegant interiors and plenty of space for families and friends to relax together.
THE HOUSE
At the heart of Riverside Retreat is a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area – a great place to cook, eat and spend time together.
The house includes fast fibre Wi-Fi, an 83-inch Smart TV, a whole-house ceiling speaker system, air conditioning in the main living area and principal bedroom, underfloor heating throughout and an air purification system.
Outside, you'll have a private garden with outdoor seating and dining space – ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the area.
SLEEPING & SPACE
Riverside Retreat accommodates up to 10 guests across four double bedrooms and offers three bathrooms, making it particularly well suited to families, extended families and groups of friends travelling together.
There is private parking for up to three cars, together with fast Wi-Fi and workspace facilities for anyone who needs to keep in touch with work during their stay.
A FANTASTIC LOCATION
Riverside Retreat is ideally placed for exploring some of the best of Dorset, the New Forest and the south coast.
Close to home, you can explore historic Christchurch with its impressive Priory, picturesque Quay, riverside walks, independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants.
Head towards the coast and you'll find Mudeford Quay, Avon Beach, Southbourne Beach and beautiful Hengistbury Head, with its coastal walks, panoramic views and passenger ferry across to Mudeford Sandbank.
The New Forest National Park is around 15 minutes away, offering beautiful villages, forest walks, cycling routes and the chance to see the famous New Forest ponies roaming freely.
Bournemouth and its miles of sandy beaches are also within easy reach.
For family days out, there are plenty of choices nearby, including Bournemouth Oceanarium, Moors Valley Country Park and Go Ape, Beaulieu and the National Motor Museum, and Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park.

Riverside Retreat is located in a quiet residential setting, and maintaining a good relationship with our neighbours is very important to us. We therefore ask guests to keep outside noise to a minimum, particularly during our quiet hours of 10pm–8am, and for this reason we are unable to accept stag parties, hen parties or single-sex group bookings.
