Appartement idéalement bien situé (centre ville et proche gare et métro), calme, propre, bien décoré, bien équipé, conforme aux photos. Cuisine fonctionnelle, literie confortable et propre. Galerie commerciale à proximité. Bonne qualité/prix.
Dès l'entrée de l'immeuble, l’accessibilité difficile: escaliers très exigus pour accéder au 3eme étage sans ascenseur, et également à la chambre sous le toit qui nécessite d’emprunter un escalier, très pentu, bien pour des jeunes. Merci de nettoyer la machine à laver. VMC non fonctionnelle dans la SDB. Moustiques.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la estación de tren Lille-Flandres y de los lugares de interés.
El día que llegamos al alojamiento nos encontramos una habitación sin limpiar y la cama sin hacer. Tuvimos que hacernos la cama.

Good location
No ac so room is always boiling If you open the window to cool the room down there are instantly hundreds of mosquitoes flying round we were bitten 30 plus times each . Cheap fly screens around the window wouldn’t go a miss Also the stairs to the top bedroom are very wobbly and unsafe.
