Stayed in the junior suit and it was beautiful, modern and sparkling clean. I’m picky so that is saying something. Beautiful view over Banuwangi. Loved it all. Bed was very comfy and linens were superb. Shower had great pressure. Staff were kind, friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night so I can not speak of the facilities such as the pool or gym. We will be back again.

Fantastic Experience. I enjoyed my stay there. I was a luxurious experience. The swimming pool is super clean, the rooms are spacious and fantastic and roof top view and restaurant are amazing.

The location, beautiful architecture, spacious room, great design of the bathroom
The only downside is when checking out the FO miscommunicated with housekeeping who checked my room and didn't find 1 tumbler lid and accused me of taking it. When the FO realized his mistake he didn't even apologize and his gesture was still arrogant.
