Thanks for the pool

Arriving at a very hot day and jumping right in the pool felt so good. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a great stay.

Central clean palce with a view

Everything, breakfast is great, staff is friendly, the view is amazing if you choose a room with mountain view. Location is central between the major cities if you plan daily road trips. Room was clean and daily maintained

Overall nothing, very minor issues like the dusch hose needs replacement and maybe providing some brochures about the surrounding attractions would be good

A Quiet and Scenic Location

Our room was warm and spacious, with a private balcony and lovely views. The highlight of our stay was the excellent buffet breakfast each morning.

The Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and a few decorative updates would make the room feel more welcoming.

Nice place near Kitzbühel

Oldish but very charming hotel. The staff was incredibly nice. The room was clean and neat and had a great balcony.

There is no smart TV in the room for picky people. I wasn't bothered by this fact.

Great for hiking trips

Rich and tasty breakfast. The staff was kind to arrange a late self-check-in for us. There is free sauna and also steam bath to use.

The beds were a bit soft, but it belongs to the overall charming rusticality of the place.

a family with two children accommodated us in two separate rooms that were in distant places in the hotel, one of the rooms smelled of flies, the hotel is on the main road and it is very noisy (you can hardly sleep with an open window), the breakfast was disgusting compared to the region which we are in!

I booked this to have a swimm in the morning but it wasnt advertised that thr pool is not heated and therefore freezing cold…

Ok to stay visiting my brother but NO WAY for vacation!

Staff was trying to be nice but only little english and no german :-( Breakfast was poor, no fresh machine coffee, runout of bread and cutlery, cold cuts of poor quality and not nice presented! Cups for coffee without saucers or paper cups to choose from. First time I see such poor standards in an Austrian Hotel.

had to scan in my passport, not sure about data security in this place. NO other option for checkin :-). At night after 22:00 could not enter the hotels back door as our room key did not unlock the door and we were staying outside in the rainy cold until some hotel guest offer to come down and open for us. Eventually one of the staff opened the door for us. Had the feeling I was in a dormitory not a hotel, room and view was nice and clean!

The room had a strange smell, I guess due to old floor itison. Like others said, beds, more blinding curtains would also be great;) Nevertheless, since the price was not so high, you can not complain much:)

Average hotel

The hotel was located in a great place. The mountain view was well worth it. The room was very clean and was amazed how good they kept the old furniture. Just one doorknob kept on falling off but otherwise good.

The breakfast was below average. There were a lot of people eating and they were not able to stock up on the items on time. Pillows were awful hard to sleep.

Sound proofing in the rooms could be a bit better; the sauna and steam room are big enough for one room at a time, so one needs to be reserving ahead of time. Likely close to impossible to get a spot during peak season.

Not really sure why this hotel gained such relatively low rating? Everything was good - hotel has been renovated, so the rooms are comfortable and very clean. Staff is extremely helpful and trying to meet everyone's needs. Food (half-board) was very good and plenty. There is a sauna which you can use every day. Location is close to Kitzbühel and easy to get to ski slopes (by car or skibus). We really enjoyed our short stay there a lot!

The only thing I "missed" during the advent / Christmas period was some seasonal decoration, which is otherwise so usual and traditional in Austrian Alps.

Location. Food was Great. We did not expect 3 course dinner.. It was so good. And Great breakfast. Management from Denmark gave good info the lovely girl from Bulgaria gave Great service. Hope to Come BACK.

Location was excellent especially with Tesla supercharger being very close to hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was ok.
