Enjoyable, invigorating and comfortable.
Great breakfast prepared by lovely Sabine, our landlady. She went out of her way to bake delicious cakes and was very accommodating regarding any dietary requirements. The location was convenient and within easy walking distance to the Hahnenkamm Bahn. We left our skies with Hervais each day.

location is close to the gondola. the place is peacefull and quiet. breakfast was delicious. the host was great and answered to all of our requests.

Highly enjoyable. Handy for walking trails, and Sabine was a wonderful host.
Breakfast was always good, self service, with various cereals, pastries, bread, meat and cheese, with fruit juices, tea or coffee, yoghurts and a boiled egg (if you wanted one). The room was comfortable, with a fantastic view of the mountains, and Sabine was always willing to offer advice and assistance. A fridge on the first floor meant that you could store your own drinks, but you could buy some from the Lindenhof if you wanted to.
The location is a little out of town (a 15 minute walk), which might not be to some peoples tastes, but the location meant that it was quiet in the evening, making it easy to sleep, and we had great views of the mountains. As we came to Kitzbühel for a walking holiday, those extra few minutes walking in and out of town were not a problem for us. There was also a short cut to the main road where we jumped on buses to get us to various places.

Charming authentic farmhouse
Charming farmhouse a 15 minute walk from Kitzbuhel centre. The host is wonderful and kind to attend to your needs. The building is well maintained, cozy, and clean. There is also a small kitchen for use if you want to stay in for your meal. She also prepared a lovely little yet simple breakfast for the guests. I had a very nice ski stay and would surely recommend this place to others seeking a genuine charming stay in town without the hefty price tag and pretention of some of the kitzbuhel scene. Thanks again for the hospitality!
