friendly staff and convenient location
TV was difficult to adjust and even the staff took 30 minutes to fix the TV. Security , our room's door was left open when we were out. Nothing was missing.

I love that it was a perfectly compact apartment with all of the necessary items you need for daily living, I especially liked the washer and dryer. The kitchen set up was perfect for light meals or reheating takeout.
Would’ve liked more hangers in the closets and shades facing the adjacent building.

Location.
Lack of attention to details: no hand soap, one room lack black out curtains, bath tub was not usable, room key doesn’t work before check out, air conditioning doesn’t work one of the room and bath robe hook is broken.
