The location and view
The noise from the ventilation system was really loud at night which made it uncomfortable to sleep

Convenient, stylish and comfortable. In suite laundry and kitchen were excellent. Close to Lachine Canal bike paths and cyclist friendly as promised. Secure bike storage in luggage room.
Lounge onsite said members only. It would have been nice to have been able to go.

Spacious, comfortable, stylish, well-equipped suite in modern building, very close to Lachine bike path. Front desk always open, staff very attentive. We stayed twice, using it as a base for a bikepacking tour. Everything was perfect and in-suite laundry was huge plus.

Location.
Lack of attention to details: no hand soap, one room lack black out curtains, bath tub was not usable, room key doesn’t work before check out, air conditioning doesn’t work one of the room and bath robe hook is broken.
