    My husband and I spent our anniversary in Montreal and stayed here for our 2nd time (first without the kids). Room was very nice with pool view. A few things that we were not happy with: the toilet in the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, and it was not securely bolted and so it loudly banged around when sat on; shower heads were not way to navigate and the pipes made very loud, concerning noises; room service ends relatively early ; pool closes too early; the bartender on our 2nd night was having a very difficult time dealing with keeping up with his customers and there weren’t very many- he was clearly stressed and I felt bad for him, however his stress became my stress and took a lot of my time away from spending at the pool with my husband on our last night there. This was unacceptable and we were not compensated in any way. Other than that, the stay was comfortable and pleasant. Very convenient spot with the metro below, and the elevators from the ground floor to the hotel reception are quite fast.

    Pros: 1. Heated rooftop pool 2. Good location Cons: 1. It's too expensive for what you get, especially when paying *** per night. 2. Lobby, elevator feels dated. 3. The hotel is located on the upper floors of a convention complex, and the layout can feel like a maze. 4. Pools can get crowded.
