Good clean apartment in central location.

There is NO receptionist at this hotel! We stayed here last week and were satisfied with the accommodation, however yesterday we received a message saying that as our reservation was last minute (booked in June and paid a week ago!) we would have to follow a link and provide ID. As we were travelling we didn’t receive this message until arrival. The link required us to take photos of our passports, then one of us with the passports. Really. We also had to provide emails, phone numbers so basically all our personal information to a link. Not happy. Is this a scam? I feel very uncomfortable.

Property is located at a 5 min walk distance from Notredam and the downtown restraunts. easy access to night life, waterfront, notredam and other nearby attractions.

No parking. parking is pretty costly near the property. it's actually a cartel you cannot fight.

The property has a good location and was very clean

We booked 2 bedrooms and was an one bedroom plus living with 3 beds

Proximity to old town and 15min walk to shopping , Zahra etc

The bed while comfy I’m sure they used double sheets on king bed so was a total mess by every morning. Towels very thin. One was quite grey looking. Washing machine broken for whole stay. 5 days. We ended up using another units . They offered to switch rooms but we had unpacked, bought food drink etc. Front desk could have been friendlier didn’t really seem interested.
