The overall experience is good. Location is excellent and the hotel including the room is very clean.
Day 3, we found that the empty beer can and wine glasses left on the night stand after the room is cleaned. Also no replenishment of bottled water and shower cap. We called housekeeping and we were told that we need to pay for getting bottled water, it is not free. For a 5 star hotel but cheap out on these small details which leaves a bitter taste. The lady at the front desk was nice but if you run into other staff on the hallway, don't expect any greetings.

The room was clean and spacious but far from luxury. You’re reminded by how dated and low quality things are from the moment you enter the bathroom, low quality highly synthetic smelling toiletries that reminded of something you’d get from a dollar store somewhere not even a drugstore brand.
The iron made a loud buzzing noise when plugged in.
The bed was ok in terms of firmness but the sheets and duvet will guarantee a sweaty night even with the AC set to 19 degrees C. The duvet cover is 100% polyester and sheets were 40% polyester and 60% cotton, something you’d never experience not expect at a five star hotel (I checked the label.)
I would not recommend it unless you expect to pay 5 star rates at a barely 3 star hotel. We were lucky we were only staying for one night before heading to a cottage.
The staff were respectful. The best service was given by the bell boy. He was kind, friendly and well trained in ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
