The room was spacious and clean. I’m glad they left complimentary water bottles in the room. Front desk was nice during check in and check out. During check in the staff was just about to tell me my room wasn’t ready yet but the manager stepped in and showed how to do something in their system and they gave me my room. That was a good experience; glad he stepped in. The pool was better than I thought it would be but unfortunately the steam room was out of service. The hotel location is very convenient especially if you prefer to be near Place des Arts.

The room was a nice size, clean, and enough outlets with plugs for different devices. The pool and hot tub were great with an outside lounge area all on the 11th floor. Go early in the morning up until 2:00 pm to avoid the busier times. Breakfast was very good for an additional charge but expect to be there an hour. The hotel is very centrally located near McGill University. The staff speaks English and French so no problem if you do not speak the native language at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.
