All staff were super friendly and helpful on restaurant/bar recommendations. We can tell the lobby was thoughtfully designed with much care to every detail. The room was cozy and clean, comes with very good sounding speaker system which is another great touch. We’ve enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back for another stay next time.

I had an excellent stay at the Metcalfe Hotel. The service was exceptional throughout my visit, and Philippe, along with the rest of the team, made my stay truly memorable with their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.
