Location and spaciousness. There was also a balcony overlooking Rue Crescent for people watching.
There were a few ants in the bathroom, it was unclear from the host as to what they would do about it when we messaged. The A/C didn't work for the first half of our stay, we realized it was because they had sealed the A/C unit on the outside and thus no cool air was blowing up (they did fix it after we asked twice for them to look at it). The photos also did not match the unit, it is in reality a much older unit with many little repairs to be made (especially in the bathroom). It is a convenient location but located on a busy and loud street, especially on weekend nights.
