Hotel cleanliness.

Overall customer service was excellent. Excellent location..walking distance to downtown. Exceptional customer service from Rim and Ameen. We are visiting Montreal for the first time. What made it so memorable is the personalised customer experience extended by Rim - warrants a BIG shout out! She recommended amazing places to eat, visit and how to get around downtown by public transport. As an IHG member, she truly is an asset for Holiday inn.
Drinking water bottles are limited to 2 small bottles for 2 person. If you ask for more - front desk ask you buy. I have not experienced this in other IHG hotels I have stayed in Toronto.
And no toiletries given - cotton bud, cotton pads and shower cap.

The staff were very friendly and the location was good for access to Downtown/ Old Town and a Metro to explore further afield. We went to an ice hockey game and the stadium was very close.
There was some confusion over how our breakfast charges were allocated. This was resolved quickly, but wasn't ideal at the start of our stay.

This stay was a bit mixed. The location was great, especially being close to a metro station, and the room itself was spacious with plenty of towels. The pool was also a nice bonus. However, the service was disappointing—staff were unfriendly, and there was no WiFi for the entire stay due to repairs, which was frustrating. Not the best hotel experience, but since we were out most of the time, it didn’t completely ruin the trip.
