    This hotel was a hidden gem. 10 minute walk from Place Bell. Super clean, great staff and facilities. I will be booking this hotel every time I come in for a concert!!

    I offered my spouse a night at this hotel in a suite with mini kitchen, sofa... First, we had hard time to shut the curtains: 3 layers and not sure where normally the cord or stick is located to proceed. Finally not found them as there is none. So you grab the curtain and try to close it when you have a desk before the curtain... We decided to have room service for dinner. We tried to order by phone but at first the number mentioned on the desk phone was ringing but no pickup. So I tried front desk who had to transfer the call to the right extension for the service. We were ordering when the staff said that the Room Service menu is outdated (from covid...) and so options and price are different with current menu. We adjusted and made our order. Order received and we started to have our dinner. It was almost cold for me. I said, it's ok we have a microwave. But after more than a minute full power my dish was still cold it barely reheated it. It was not fun to eat a poutine, cold... At check out at the front dest, first no question about how was our stay..., I brought the outdated menu explaining briefly what happened, the person smiled and said thank you. My spiuse added the microwave is not working, the answer the same : smile and thank you. But clearly not interest of what we were reporting. So for our anniversary, it was a very disappointing experience. The service can be much better without too much effort.
