    👍: Great location - walkable to various museums including Montreal Museum of Fine Arts and Redpath Museum. 👎: No on-site self-parking; valet parking service is available though at additional cost ($41 at time of review). However, we managed to find cheaper parking location nearby. 👎: Poor insulation. During our stay, we were bothered by street noise and noises outside our room including people talking, ringing of phone and even someone else’s phone’s alarm. Tips: Ask for a room away from street and elevator.

    Great budget option with a great location. Don’t expect much in terms of facilities but if you need a clean, good service hotel, this one is great!

    The room was clean,very spacious with comfortable beds. Perfect location. Right downtown and everything we wanted to see and do on our first time in Montreal was within 10-20 minutes walking distance . Lots of food options around. Only negative for us was lack of a kettle..tea bags were provided but nothing to prepare hot water.

    Non smoking room & policy is a joke. Our room had strong smoke odor, we switched to a different room but the room still had the same problem. Staff was helpful but the policy needs to be enforced.
