The location was excellent. It was walkable to Old Montreal so we were able to leave our car there and walk. We were even able to catch the Montreal Canadiens playoff game since we were so close to Centre Bell. We were also able to leave the car and our luggage before the official check in time.
The steps leading up to the property was a bit challenging but manageable. I did request for a room on the ground floor so only had to deal with those steps. Water pressure was also on the weak side.

Fantastic location and price.
Difficult to locate reserved parking. The interior was quite run down and scruffy. Curtains didn’t cover window. Shower didn’t drain.
