    You get what you pay for. However, it raises some concerns that they placed men on the floor designated ONLY for women due to overbooking. I requested a refund as they didn’t fulfill the service that I paid for, but they never replied. Other people’s safety and well-being should come before cash grabbing. The cleaners tried hard, but regardless the place was dirty everywhere.

    Bring a mini fan as it gets hot and stuffy in the capsule! Clean and organized place with great staff. Very close to Metro subway

    Located perfectly in the downtown area close to public transport and old Montreal. The hostel itself is okay, not terrible but also not great. Very limited bathrooms for the amount of capsules and poorly cleaned. The capsules themselves are clean and tidy, however they did not lock and the locker provided didn’t even close. Overall okay experience, unsure if I would stay here again with the current standards
