    I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location to be excellent—right in the middle of everything, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the unhelpfulness of the staff, particularly at the bell office. On our last day, we wanted to store our luggage for a few hours before catching our train. We were surprised to learn that there was a fee for each piece of luggage, especially since we had been staying at the hotel for over a week. When we inquired about this, the bell officer was dismissive, simply pointing to a sign without offering any assistance or clarification. This felt quite impolite and was disappointing given our otherwise enjoyable stay. While the location makes this hotel a great choice, I hope they can improve their customer service to match the quality of their accommodations.
