    I really enjoy staying at this hotel. It was my second visit and it does not disappoint. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The room service food is also delicious. The location is very convenient, right above a metro station. I love everything about this hotel.

    The hotel offers a clean, good sized and renovated room with friendly front desk staffs as well as housekeepers. I enjoyed my stay very much. Throughtout my four nights stay went greatly except the last morning I came across with this lady in the hotel restaurant Lloyd. I was hoping to have breakfast buffet. So I approached to the podium and this thin built lady came. I asked her if I can have a walk to see what you offering in the breakfast buffet? She refused me with replying me" if you travel a lot, this is just the normal international breakfast buffet" . I studded and I left. First of all, this girl is very poor at product knowledge. What does international buffet means? I travel 3-4times a year to different countries for the past 25years. For breakfast buffet thrououg the world, mainly in North America, those I would say traditional breakfast buffet, which the hotel is solely offering egg, yogurts, oatmeal, coldcuts, fruits and pastries. International buffet to me is what you would get mainly in Asian hotels or only in resorts around the world with different cuisine dishes offering. You can see Thai, Viet, Japanese, etc. She pushed away the business by just saying this with such an immature attitude. But remember, in the hotel, you should be offering hospitality, not only service. I am very regretted that my five days stay in Marriott Montreal was ended with such an unprofessional approach.

    The location was combiner and offered great views. The staff were very friendly and nice. The cleanliness was good overall and I had a great stay here!
