About this apartment rental
Very nice apartment renovated in early 2020, it is located on BD Nessman, on the 1st floor of a bourgeois building 150 meters from the town hall square.
This beautiful location means that you enjoy the medieval town, the historic center, without having the disadvantages: noise and crowds in July and August.
You have 2 parking spaces in the courtyard at the back of the building, free private parking. Parking in Sarlat is a real problem, free spaces are few and far from the center.
A garden is at your disposal.
You will like the height of the ceilings, the brightness of the apartment and the calm of the two bedrooms located on the backyard.
Everything is new, both linen and household appliances. Electric oven, hob, as well as microwave oven will help you cook our good Perigord cuisine, a dishwasher, all in a very bright room. In the bathroom, 2 sinks, washing machine and dryer.

Good clean property very close for Sarlat centre. The road was a little busier than we expected but not too bad. The garden is clean and decent but a little diffifult to access. You have to go out of the front of the house and up the side driveway

Very conveniently located. Parking was a Big Plus! Spacious rooms, kitchen, and lounge, large and sunny. Very comfortable mattress in main bedroom. Check-in was easy and very pleasant. Lots of suggestions of places to see, eat, and shop. One easy flight of stairs up. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was amazing. Right outside the old town. The apartment is spacious and living areas are bright. It has parking which made day trips very convenient.

Our stay in Sarlat was wonderful! The apartment was beautifully and comfortably furnished with everything we needed for a two-week stay. It is located near an entrance leading into the heart of the Old Town…to the markets, restaurants, shops, etc. There is free parking in the lot behind the building so we could drive in and out at will to see the many sights of the Perigord region.
