Le Loft Exceptionnel

The location was great. Right in the heart of the old medieval city. The outside seating area was a bonus.. The apartment itself was comfortably cool, even on the hottest day.

Unfortunately, the apartment is situated directly above a tapas bar which stays open until past 1am! Raised voices, shouting and loud music left us sleep deprived by the time we returned home. In the heart of the town you would expect a little bit of background noise, but we truly did not expect this to go on until the early hours of the morning. To rub salt in the wounds, it seemed to be the only bar in the area that remained open so late. A great pity really as the apartment itself was beautiful.

Great location and lovely space. Well equipped as well. Beds were comfy and we greatly enjoyed the loft.

The lighting was dim and a celebration in the bar below the loft went quite late one night but generally the bar noise was not an issue.

Crec que és el millor pis on hem estat. Hi hem anat 2 adults i 2 nens,i els nens ens han demanat de quedar-nos-hi a viure. La Marysse molt atenta i amable.

The apartment is a lovely space, Maryse the host was knowledgable and welcoming

The beds are Queen and Double not King Queen as stated. The queen bed mattress is in need of replacement (sags in the middle). The fan provided needs maintenance as the blades hit the guard continually which makes it unusable. For a moderately expensive place there are no toiletries, coffee pods or washing powder provided which is frustrating if travelling and expecting the basics to be covered. The key issue however is the noise from the bar downstairs, particularly Thursday, Friday, Saturday until very late (after 0130 am). Without ear plugs it was impossible to sleep.
