We had a wonderful stay at La Maison Escande! The most beautiful location, both within the town and the region. The home was quite spacious and had everything we needed. Easy to walk anywhere within the city, highly recommend the Wednesday market! Will definitely recommend this home to others visiting the area.

We spent just about 11 days at this property and it definitely exceeded our expectations, the convenience to the town of Sarlat made it easy to explore… close to shops and restaurants-and too do sightseeing day trips, the house is decorated nicely and very comfortable. The kitchen is supplied perfectly for the days you feel like cooking in. It was just the two of us, Another couple is doable or a small family, More than that might be a bit tight… if you have your own vehicle, there is free parking just a short distance away across from the park. We had an amazing stay at La Maison Escande. Jacqueline the host, was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The property was just lovely, steeped in history. Would certainly recommend. Thanks Jacqueline!!
