This spacious 75 sqm apartment is fully climate controlled and comes with free Wifi access.
The large living room (55 sqm) offers a superb view over the Saint-Sacerdos Church â the very heart of Sarlat. It incorporates a fully equipped open plan (American) kitchen (separated from the living area by a breakfast bar) with fridge, oven, microwave, 4 hotplates and a dishwasher.
The living area is equipped with the latest electronics â a 117cm Smart flat-screen TV and Bose Hifi surround-sound system (with Bluetooth connection/access).
The separate bedroom comprises a 160cm queen size bed and high quality furnishings (including some antique pieces). Complemented by subtle, but effective lighting, the ambience is both warm and elegant. At a more practical level, the large built-in wardrobe allows you to store your cloths and luggage.
Extra single beds can be added on request: extra of 25 euros (per beds - including bath linen and sheets).
Finally, you will be seduced by the state of the art bathroom, equipped with an Italian shower cabinet, large vanity, WC and integrated sound system.

âą An ironing board with iron and a washing mashing are at your disposal

( ) Cleaning service and daily maintenance of premises not included: 60 euros.
( ) Household linen provided (included in the rates).
( ) On arrival, the reception is ensured by the owners.

Our hosts were amazing. Took us to the house from our private cover parking. Toured the inside and explained all operations. It has everything you will need including a washer.

Great apartment for a stay in Dordogne region! The apartment is very close to restaurants and shops and exactly as shown in the photos. The parking garage is a short 10âminute walk away - easy to find with Google maps. The owner will meet you there and bring you and your luggage to the apartment.

An excellent apartment right in the thick of downtown Sarlat. Very well accommodated with everything you could need for a short or an extended stay. My wife and I rented for almost two months and it truly felt like home.The hosts Allison and Marc could not have been a nicer couple and responded quickly to any needs and questions we had.
