This beautiful duplex apartment is fully air-conditioned and is located on the first floor of a historic building dating from the early 17th century.
It has undergone a high-end renovation using premium materials.
It features an entryway that has retained its original elements, including an alcove that combines stone and hardwood floors with contemporary decor.
The living area features a living room with a convertible sofa bed (140 cm) facing a skylight, and a custom-built, fully equipped open kitchen overlooking Place André Malraux. The kitchen is equipped with a Smeg refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a 4-burner stove with a built-in range hood, a dishwasher, a Candy washing machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Upstairs, a large separate bedroom features generous proportions with 3.60-meter-high ceilings, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Its high-end materials with a contemporary look are highlighted by the high ceilings and original beams.
Finally, a queen-size bed (160 cm) will ensure you sleep peacefully and comfortably thanks to its generous dimensions.

The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured with an amazing location. Parking is in a secured garage a 5-10 min walk away but the hosts arrange to pick you up when you arrive and drop you off when you check out so that you do not have to drag your luggage through town. Allison was incredibly responsive in VRBO messages and Marc is awesome as well, he was so kind and helpful. Loved my stay!

We really enjoyed our time in Sarlat and the surrounding area! The apartment was amazing and the hosts were incredible. Marc met us at the car park and drove us to the unit when we checked in and also drove us back when we checked out. Sarlat and the Dordogne region are beautiful! Would highly recommend it. Diana

An excellent property renovated to a very high standard- even a Smeg fridge!!! Perfect location plum in the middle of the old town. An amazing friendly host who collected us from the provided car park and settled us in and speaks excellent English which helped. I strongly recommend this property and can’t wait to go back!!
