The house is located at the gateway to the medieval town, giving you easy access on foot to all the local shops: bakery/pastry shop, butcher's, delicatessen, cheesemongers, mini-markets, cafés and restaurants...
🏠La Maison Secrète is a totally independent townhouse on 2 levels of 80 m2 with a private terrace, able to accommodate 2 to 4 people comfortably to feel at home.
🌼 In fine weather, it's pleasant to take advantage of its small terrace to relax and enjoy your meals in peace and quiet, a rare pleasure in Sarlat.
❄️ In winter, the fireplace is a great place to spend cosy evenings. You can also enjoy the nearby Christmas market (listed as one of the most beautiful in Aquitaine), the truffle market and the fat market... You're also just a stone's throw from the famous Sarlat Film Festival.

- Fully fitted semi-open kitchen: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, vitro ceramic hob, combined oven with microwave, crockery, condiments, household products available...
- Living room: fireplace, 2 sofas, bookcase with books, flat-screen TV (cable channels), HI-FI radio...
- Dining room
Opening onto small terrace.
- Storeroom: washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
►Upstairs:
- 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 or 2 beds 80x200 (on request) with dressing closet (beds made for your arrival).
- Bathroom: large Italian shower
- Separate toilet
Water, electricity and heating included (weekly rate).
🏰 All the main tourist sites are around 20-25 minutes from the rental property (tailor-made tourist documentation is available).
It is ideally located for visiting all the main tourist sites in Périgord and the Lot.

Sandrine and Marc are excellent hosts, providing a clean, comfortable place to stay with all the comforts required and just steps away from the medieval city and markets. Their place makes an excellent base for exploring the entire Perigord region. Highly recommended!

La Maison Secrète is a comfortable and well-equipped base for exploring both Sarlat and the surrounding Périgord and Lot regions. The house is ideally situated in a quiet location at the foot of the historic medieval town, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. I was amazed at what little noise there was considering how close it is to the centre of Sarlat.You will find everything you need in La Maison Secrète for a comfortable stay. Communication with Sandrine was excellent right from the moment of booking. Very welcoming with a wealth of local knowledge of places to visit in the area. Also great advice on all of the free parking around Sarlat. Don't let the lack of a parking space at the house put you off. We had no trouble parking for free the entire week we were there, in the areas Sandrine pointed out to us.

Excellent stay in Sarlat. The house is ideally located. The center of Sarlat is easily accessible by foot. The house is functional and well maintained. The landlady - Sandrine - is extremely nice and professional. I would recommend this house.
