Located on the heights of Sarlat, less than 700 m from the historic center, our charming property offers you an exceptional panoramic view of the medieval city.
This single-storey house with an area of 90 m2 has recently been renovated for your best comfort, and inaugurates the rental for the pleasure of holidaymakers from France and elsewhere.

The accommodation offers two pretty bedrooms, ideally located away from a spacious living room to promote your quiet moments of rest.
- The first "Josephine Baker" bedroom offers a vintage atmosphere. It includes a double bed (140 cm*190 cm), a dressing room and a dresser to store your laundry and personal belongings.
- The second bedroom "Stars in your eyes" offers you to observe the sky and the many celestial stars of the Périgord Noir with a bird's eye view of the valley. It includes a double bed (140 cm*190 cm), a wardrobe and a dresser.
We take care to provide you with sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases and the beds will be made on arrival. In case of allergies to certain detergents, please inform us in advance.
The accommodation has a spacious fitted kitchen opening onto a very bright living room of nearly 40m2.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer with a fresh water dispenser, multifunction oven, dishwasher, microwave, multifunction food processor/blender, hob, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle... The kitchen also has an island with a built-in table to enjoy meals, aperitifs and all convivial moments.
You will be charmed by the neat decoration and modern comfort of the living room from which you can observe the garden of nearly 1,500 m2, the wooded valley and of course the medieval city. First of all designed for your relaxation, we offer you a cocooning corner for your moments of reading and idleness: books and magazines, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, mini-bar and bench set up against the window offering the most beautiful view of the house. This space also includes a 140*190 sofa bed with a 13 cm thick comfort mattress, a coffee table, a television connected to a WiFi box (Bouygues free and unlimited), and many board games.
The bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, a double sink unit equipped with a glass wardrobe, as well as towels at your disposal on request. You will also find the washer-dryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
For nature lovers, our property benefits from a private garden of nearly 1,500 m2 planted with fig and apple trees. You will find a dining area with a large table and a barbecue. A few steps from this space, the "dolce siesta" corner at the foot of the stone outbuilding awaits you. We have installed a hammock and a few deckchairs in the shade of an apple tree.
Regarding parking, the property has a secure garage for one car and a terraced driveway where two more vehicles can be parked.
The accommodations are ideal for 4 people with great comfort and can go up to 6 people thanks to the sofa bed. As the accommodations are not fenced and with an unsecured exterior, it is not suitable for young children and pets.
Book the "Dolce Vista" and come and enjoy the many sites that are available to you: medieval town, Dordogne valley, castles & gardens, prehistoric sites and local attractions (tree climbing, canoeing, mountain biking, hot air ballooning...).
