We loved this house in Sarlat. It was in an amazing location on a quiet street. It was super unique and comfortable - would definitely stay again.

We loved this property - the location is fabulous and we loved the apartment. But communication is terrible. The property managers (a company) may be based in Denmark according to the country code of the phone number, but they are not on WhatsApp and the phone does not get answered by text or phone call. I’m not even sure that the phone number is real or not. They emailed the check in details which ended up in my spam (the subject line did not say “VRBO” or “Saralat” - instead it referred to a booking number - it looked very spammy).
I reached out to them many times in VRBO and it took them more than 18 hours to respond. Fortunately I was able to find the check-in email in my junk email in time, otherwise we would have had to book somewhere else!!!
The instructions could easily have been on VRBO - which is how commutation should be done. Not email!
